Management Associate Program
Join our Management Associate Program:
You will undergo an intensive 18 months program, comprises of broad business spectrums and essential technical know how in today banking environment through various learning methods including in class and on the job assignment, to prepare you to become BII future leader.
The graduates will then be assigned as Manager in the respected function.
Requirements :
Hold Bachelor or Master Degree with majoring any discipline from reputable university both local and overseas
Minimum GPA 3.00 and maximum age is 25 years old for Bachelor Degree holder.
Minimum GPA 3.00 and maximum age is 27 years old for Master Degree holder
High intellectual capability, strong personal drive and leadership
Excellent individual and team player
Excellent in communication and presentation skill
High proficient in English both written and spoken
Computer and internet literate
