Responsible in achieving branch target, maintain service quality and operation of the branch
5-7 years of experience in leading sales team in financial/banking institution, insurance or retail industry.
Exposure in customer credit will be added value

2.Sales Officer: Medan, Bandung, Tangerang [JDB0607BM-04]
Reporting to Branch Manager – Consumer Finance HSBC, the incumbent will be responsible to lead and drive direct sales team to achieve branch sales target.
Minimum 2 years of experience in direct sales force management, preferably in financial/banking institution, insurance or retail industry.
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills

3.Relationship Officer: Bogor, Cibinong [JDB0607RO-04]
Reporting to Branch Manager – Consumer Finance HSBC, the incumbent will interact day by day with the customers in finding out the customers profile prior to process the application.
1 year of experience in consumer banking or multifinancing is an advantage.
Good analytical and interpersonal skills
Strong Customer service skills and attention to detail

4.Medan: Branch Manager, Credit Officer Post Date: 21 May 07
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
At least 5 years (Branch Manager) and 3 years (Credit Officer) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants should be Indonesian, others citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Hold a minimum bachelor degree from reputable univesity
Possess 5 years of working experiences in telesales or call center

6.Collection: Manager & Officer Post Date: 12 May 07
Job responsibility:
Set up and Implement effective collection policy and strategies.
Direct and manage the growth of collection team, in line with operating objectives.
Minimize delinquencies and credit losses.
Minimize account flow rates from current bucket to mid range bucket.
Optimize pre-agencies’ performance.
Contribute to the development of staffs.

Requirements :
A bachelor degree from acknowledged universities, MBA or MS would be an advantage.
At least 5 years (Manager) & 2 years (Officer) experience in similar position, preferably with retail collection experiences.
Good knowledge and familiarity with bank products, collection procedure and country regulation.
Familiar with systems such as CACS, Predictive Dialer, TRIAD.
High analytical and problem solving skills.
Capable to lead and develop staff by providing coaching and counseling
