AREA SALES MANAGER (ASM) Post Date: 21 Jul 07
Primary Responsibilities :
Organise planning and meet the target of :
Secondary sales
Distribution
Coverage
Merchandising
Coordinate the area sales supervisors to achieve the secondary sales target
Manage relationship with distributors and customers

Job Requirements :
A team player with bachelor degree in Economy or Business Administration,
Minimum 3-4 years experience in Sales/Marketing, preferably in food/customer goods industry,
Good analytical and communication skills,
Possess initiative and drive to excel in jobs assigned,
Willing to be relocated to our Sales Branches.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (BDM) Post Date: 21 Jul 07
Primary Responsibilities :
Managing Campbell’s Arnott’s export business for international market (market development & expansion) and import business in Indonesia, which include:
Meeting sales & Profitability target
Develop existing/new business
Developing new product
Maintaining customers

Job Requirements :
Bachelor or Master Degree in General Management, Economy or International Business,
Having minimum 4 years exposure in Sales/Marketing/Export in consumer goods at the similar level of position,
Able to work in team, strong analytical skills, result oriented, composure to work under pressure and business savvy, skilled communicator and influencer, strong problem solving skills,
English proficiency is a must.
