Dealing with banking customers for their daily financial transactions, including foreign exchange transactions , according to Citibank's services and control/compliance high level of standard.

1.Teller
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta)

Responsibilities:
Handles daily customer's transaction, I.e. cash withdrawal, cash deposit, telegraphic -
transfer, clearing check/LLG, in-house transfer. Etc
Ensure compliance to audit and QA standards are in place effectively
Responsible for the safekeeping of certain amount of cash ih the overnight vault.
Requirements:

Bachelor degree from any discipline from reputable University
Min 2 yrs experience
High degree of accuracy and persistent
Ability to work under pressure and flexibility of work hours
Service oriented with high level of integrity
Willing to be stationed as local staff


2.Customer Service (CS)
(Jakarta Raya - Jakarta Pusat)

Responsibilities:
Manage the transaction traffic within the branch
Provides quality problem-free, prime and timely service to customers
Responsible for handling inquiries and maintenance related to banking and card products
Responsible for ensuring compliance to Audit and Quality Assurance standards are in place within the branch services
Requirements:

Bachelor degree from any discipline from reputable university. Min GPA 3
Demonstrated services and people oriented
Have experience in service industry min 1 year
Sound communication and inter-personal skill
English proficiency, other language would be added value
Ability to work under pressure and flexibility of work hours
Willing to be stationed as local staff
