General qualifications:
* Bachelor or Master Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management
* Minimum 5 years experience in similar position and having professional background in Oil Services industry is highly preferred
* Communicative in speaks & written English is a must
* Good communication skills & good interpersonal skills
