We are a well established foreign conglomerate having business interest in Oil Palm Plantations, Breweries, Financial Services and Leisure. PT. Agro Indomas is the Groups’ plantations in Indonesia who has a land bank in excess of 60,000 hectares of plantations and mills in Kalimantan Tengah and Kalimantan Timur. In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals to be based in Jakarta and Kalimantan.

Requirements :
You will be required to implement HR policies and procedures for all categories of employees in the plantation operating locations with rigorously involved in planning & administering all HR functions and employee welfare activities. You will also embark initiatives in building a performance driven culture and review HR practices in supporting of business strategies keeping abreast of labour laws and industrial relations, liaising with government officials and other relevant authorities as well handling all aspects of public relations with the manpower authorities.

The ideal candidate should be a self motivator with positive attitude possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management Law/Social Science or a professional qualification in related disciplines with a minimum of 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in a multinational environment. Further should have very good leadership and presentation skills and an excellent report writing and communication skills.

Requirements :

You will be responsible for managing the Plasma project of the organisation in all our plantation locations. You will be in-charge of setting up corporative societies “koperasi”, identifying suitable lands with corporative society, monitoring and reporting the performance of the corporative society to the company. You will be required to manage multiple projects parallel and extensive traveling is anticipated. You are also responsible to communicating the company PLASMA program/scheme to the local government and villagers in all new areas identified by the company for development.

The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Law/ Project Management / Finance/ Social Science with a minimum 5 years of experience in a similar capacity and should have excellent communication skills with good report writing ability and be compute literate
