To be responsible for the planning, organizing, operating, management, and control of the CF Collection from bucket 1 to 3 in order to maximize collections CF Products. This includes managing other GRF products, PFS Asset Product and Staff Loan Collections.

Responsibilities:
The jobholder is responsible for the management and control of the Consumer Finance collection (bucket 1 to bucket 4), in order to maximize collections by controlling flow rates and minimize the delinquency of each cycle.
The jobholder will also be responsible for the management and control of Outsourced Field Collectors and Pick Up Service Agencies by coordinating, controlling productivity, performance and quality.
Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 2 - 5 years’ experience in collection division especially in managing in house collectors and agencies.
Possess general knowledge of collection products.
Must have a good command of both spoken and written English.

4.Supervisor Sales and Marketing - Business Banking
