Lowongan Legal Counsel - Indosat 2013

Role purpose:

• Assistance in negotiating, structuring, and drafting agreements and/or other documents related to areas of responsibility
• Assistance in preparing advise for senior management regarding strategic business decisions
• Assisting in ensuring operational documents needed for operational activities are in compliance to prevailing regulations
• Supporting other groups within the company in their operational activities
• Assisting Manager Legal in liaising with local and international external legal counsels as needed
• Assisting in providing legal support to subsidiaries for their corporate matters

Experiences & qualifications:

1. Min. Bachelor of Law Degree with at least 2 years experience as corporate lawyer and/or in-house counsel
2. Familiar with company laws, banking; finance laws, investment laws, telecommunication laws, manpower laws, intellectual property laws, securities & capital market regulations
3. Proficiency in English
