Officer Development Program (ODP)
· Placements: Balikpapan (Kalimantan Timur), Bandar Lampung (Lampung), Bandung (Jawa Barat), Jakarta Raya, Jambi, Makassar (Sulawesi Selatan), Medan (Sumatera Utara), Pekanbaru (Riau), Semarang (Jawa Tengah), Surabaya (Jawa Timur)
Requirements
· Preferably male.
· Not married.
· Attractive appearance, communicative and persuasive.
· Minimum height 170 cm.
· Minimum possess Bachelor degree majoring in Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Agricultural Technology, Economic Management, Law, Accounting and Banking, with minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 scale with accreditation score A for Bachelor degree, and minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 scale for Master degree.
· Maximum age 25 years old for fresh graduated Bachelor degree, and maximum age 27 years for Master degree or candidates who have the experience in banking at least 2 (two) years up to the date of 1 September 2013.
· Have good analytical skills.
· Sound mind and body.
· Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
· Proficient in English both written and spoken.
· Willing to be placed throughout the PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Tbk Agroniaga offices.
Officer Development Program Teknologi Informasi (ODP IT)
· Placement: Jakarta Raya
Requirements
· Preferably male.
· Not married.
· Attractive appearance.
· Minimum height 170 cm.
· Minimum possess Bachelor degree majoring in Informatics Engineering / Computer Engineering / Information Systems / Computer Science and Electrical Engineering, with minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 scale with accreditation score A for Bachelor degree, and minimum GPA 3.00 of 4.00 scale for Master degree.
· Maximum age 25 years old for fresh graduated Bachelor degree, and maximum age 27 years for Master degree or candidates who have the experience in banking at least 2 (two) years up to the date of 1 September 2013.

· Minimum Diploma 3 graduate majoring in Banking, Economics, Business, Accounting, and Finance with accreditation score A, and minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 scale.
· Maximum age 24 years old for fresh graduate or maximum age 26 years old for experienced candidates up to the date of 1 September 2013.
· Sound mind and body.
· Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
Staf Administration (Back Office (BO))
· Placements: Bandar Lampung (Lampung), Jakarta Raya, Pekanbaru (Riau)

Funding Officer (FO)
· Placements: Jakarta Raya
Requirements

· Minimum height 160 cm.
· Possess Bachelor degree in any major with minimum GPA 2.75 of 4.00 scale.
· Maximum age 25 years old for fresh graduate or maximum age 27 years old for experienced candidates up to the date of 1 September 2013.
· Preferably experienced bank's products marketing.
· Target and customer satisfaction oriented.
· Sound mind and body.
· Computer literate (Microsoft Office).
· Proficient in English both written and spoken.
Account Officer (AO)
