To further accelerate our business in Indonesia, we have a mission
to scout for talents who will be our future leader in Sales. We are
looking for unique inviduals, a pressure-resistant person whi has a
Sales DNA in their vein and ability to grow and adapt to our fast paced
and dynamic organization.
In this 1-year program you will be given an intensive learning with a
combination of classroom, advance training and on the job training
which will further enhance your capability as a sales person. During
this program, you will ensure your development in Loreal.
THIS PROGRAM WILL HAVE YOU :
To carry out Sales Operation specific projects and assignments to be
prepared for future resposibilities in Sales Operation Consumer Product
Division, by :
- Meet sales objectives set for "stage route" (fields sales) period
- Meet project/assigment objectives
THIS PROGRAM IS STRICTLY FOR THOSE WHO ARE :
- Bachelor degree with 2.90 of GPA from any major (frseh graduate or maximum 2 years working experience)
- Major or Minor in Business or Marketing would be preferable
- Strong interest in a sales career
- have passion and availability to relocate and travel
With a good combination of :
- Analytical skill
- High self-esteem proven by a very flair on communication
- Participated in leadership activities, which may include an On/Off-campus leadership position/s
- Pressure resistance and self-starter
- Good level of English
